Stamped-bent parts

Cost-effective production of bushings, sleeves, head rest tubes and field rings

Cylindrical parts

Stamped-bent parts instead of expensive turned and deep-drawn parts.

We use our stamping and bending processes to manufacture stamped-bent parts as cylindrical bodies, allowing you to easily replace expensive turned and deep-drawn parts, with products including bushings, sleeves, pole housings, magnet housings and return rings, and headrest tubes.

A selection of our cylindrical bodies created using stamping and bending technology:

Our bushings are used for pressing or injection into a plastic or metal housing as an alternative to expensive turned and deep-drawn parts.

Sleeves are used for example for force or torque transmission or as a clamping connection between different components
